Creative Mentorship Sessions
with Douglas Paulson

Making - big or small; whether it’s art, music, crafts, writing, journaling, woodworking, or beyond, can be a vital part of a meaningful and rewarding life.

Even the simplest making practices can foster both introspection and connection with others and our cultural heritage; making can help de-stress, mitigate anxiety, and express thoughts that don’t fit into words.

Making strengthens our creative muscle, which helps us in every aspect of our physical and internal lives.

Douglas Paulson, artist, educator, and AiC co-founder, is offering one-on-one or group Creative Mentorship sessions, to help cultivate a making practice that is responsive to your interests and goals, and can foster a deepened connection to yourself and others.

These sessions are for all experience levels and backgrounds, from practicing artists to people who feel called to create and aren’t sure where - or how - to start.

Each client’s experience is customized for their goals, interests, resources, and time constraints, and determined together with Doug. All that is required is a desire to make, explore, and discover via a creative, hands-on process.

Together we set pacing that suits you - length of sessions, number of sessions and meeting frequency.

All meetings are held remotely. Available to anyone nationwide and internationally.
